The room decor was really nice. I found the rooms quite spacious. The staff were always available and eager to help (which i appreciated).
The towels in my room had stains. There was no fridge in the room. I found this surprising, given the room size. The breakfast was chaotic and messy.

The hotel was beautiful. Very modern. the room was perfect and i enjoyed taking pizza back to my room with a few drinks. the large bath on the little terrace area outside of our divine room was wonderful. It even had overhead coverage.
i found that the spa lost its hot tub to get a larger seating area, a shame. i was looking forward to that the most.

check-in at reception was excellent before being shown to my room, where facilities were located and explained. a member of staff quickly realised my wine was corked, before it was uncorked; they immediately replaced it. really good service.
